耶和华借先知领以色列从埃及上来，以色列也借先知而得保存。

And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved.

巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒上此地来，我们因怕迦勒底的军队和亚兰的军队，就说：‘来吧！我们到耶路撒冷去。’这样，我们才住在耶路撒冷。”

巴兰便题起诗歌说：“巴勒引我出亚兰，摩押王引我出东山，说：‘来啊！为我咒诅雅各；来啊！怒骂以色列。’

And he took up his parable, and said, Balak the king of Moab hath brought me from Aram, out of the mountains of the east, saying, Come, curse me Jacob, and come, defy Israel.
